Principle of Ruby Infrared
It is an infrared lamp tube made of anti glare red pipe material. It is made by winding a high-temperature resistant heating element (tungsten alloy wire, carbon fiber, etc.) into a strip shape, sealing it in a ruby quartz glass tube, then vacuuming and filling it with a mixed inert gas. Infrared lamps generate wavelength infrared radiation energy after being powered on, which has significant characteristics of high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, high intensity, and high penetration.
The ruby halogen infrared heating lamp allows the infrared radiation emitted by the filament to almost completely pass through, but blocks the vast majority of visible light.
Compared with light tubes without sleeves, red sleeves absorb dazzling light, making them particularly suitable for use in automotive paint lamps, shoe machine activation production lines, and outdoor space heating.
